Tuesday I met with Lana at Balcony Tea. We've been working together to reboot their online presence with an improved web shop designed to help them scale over the next few years in what they stock and distribute.

They're using Wordpress and WooCommerce and this is my first foray into how they work together. We've chosen to buy an off the shelf theme to make things simpler and ensure they will continue to get support regardless of who they go to for their web updates.

Wednesday I presented back to the team at Rickshaw Travel the insights and recommendations from the user research project that has been running for the last month. It was a highly active session, that has really shown the importance of qualitative research to them, as they're often reliant on data coming out of their analytics tools.

Adur & Worthing Councils Support Centre

Thursday was the kickoff meeting for a rapid prototype project with Adur & Worthing Councils. We're going to be working with them on a number of digital transformation initiative based projects this year, introducing user centred design into how teams deliver IT systems and online services.

Friday I met with Dominic Porter, Co-Founder of WolfCub Digital who will be joining us at Adur & Worthing Councils, and have in fact already been running a design project for the past few months. It's great to be able to finally work with such a fantastic team, who a few years ago were my neighbours.

The day rounded off with a meeting with another potential project for this summer with a well known Brighton based SaSS platform provider. We're really hoping we can all talk about that more in the near term.
